Horrible update. Its down to 3 categories. The previous layout was MUCH better and easier to navigate. Bring it back

The updated app has greatly reduced yet number of product categories. Its incredibly frustrating to try to find products. I dont want to use this app anymore. It was fine just the way it was.

Yip, terrible. $1275 worth of product in my cart pre-update, now no access and continual error messages - you lose out on that sale mec...

Were having trouble opening your App! Please try again later. Unable to open since most recent update. Please advise how else I can spend my money on cool MEC gear! ?

Cant believe theyve updated the app and instead of improving it, completely ruined it. Love MEC. Love being able to shop from the app. Or I did. This new update is just awful to navigate. Please improve ASAP. Update: even the new update hasnt fixed anything. Sure, now the refine button works, buts its still a rubbish way to search and browse. Please return it to the way it was!

The new app keeps giving an error message. eg: when I click on whats new it says something is wrong error

It took a couple weeks but the app is back to where it was! Glad the app once again matches the quality of MEC products!

This is not an update. I love looking at shoes and kayaks along with shirts and lip balm. Why didnt you figure this out before? Your stows should be organized the same way. Just a pile of inventory all stacked in no particular order. The person who thought this was an update needs to be taken off this and put on something else.

Regrettably, the update has not been an improvement. I try to add item to cart or do a search and I get a "something has gone wrong" error message.

Not sure what happened but this app wont even open now (iPhone 5).

I hope the ap will get an update soon, it wont open and I cant delete it?

Its so hard to navigate through stuff now. Nothing loads and it always crashes. Please fix this, I loved shopping on the app.

I dont know which is worse, the horrible web update or this app update. Whomever is doing the requirements and/or the dev of this programming should be fired. For any company to have such a poorly designed web or app is without excuse. No faster way to drive sales to your competition. Hopefully the board is aware and can effect the necessary changes to useable access.

Needs to be updated to support iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 Plus. Also integrating membership cards and passbook would be great.

Update: Now the app wont even stay open for more than a few seconds before crashing. Ive been using this app for only a week or two and Ive had to submit three emails for issues with it. Poorly designed and executed. MEC should fire whoever designed this. Its the worst shopping app Ive ever encountered, and clearly was not ready for public release. Im not even going to get into the individual issues because there are so many.

Glad to see the app has been updated and returned to its former functionality.

Great app, does what it needs to do. Should add card to passbook though. Even if your cashiers dont have the technology to scan them, at least the information and number would be there to look it up easily.

Good to see you guys listened to the reviews for this last update. Search function is back by category and you can actually browse items. Just missing a few of the search sub categories still. I hope to see the online gear swap included in some update soon. That would be awesome

The latest version of this app is very stylish but hard to read on the iPad. Tiny 6 point type with lots of empty white screen. Would be much more user friendly with larger type and less useless "graphic" cool.
