This app has always worked very well for me. Havent had any issues with it crashing lately - the current build is very reliable.

Love MEC. Ive been shopping here for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed. The app is simple and loads quickly.

I think this is an awesome app and a great way to quickly locate stores and browse the online store. However I would really appreciate it if you added a way so that we as customers could put our gift cards into the app and use them in passbook/ Apple wallet! This would be super helpful and is the only thing missing from this app in my opinion

Really, there have been several updates since the iPhone 6s/6s+ have been released and the display size is still not updated. I love MEC and find the app very useful overall, but it really needs to have a better display size for modern devices. The iPhone 5s is now 2+ years old.

Very irritating that Im brought to the top of the product page listings when I go back from the product detail page. It requires a lot of scrolling to get back to the point of the page where I was at last.

I love MEC, and have been a member for years. The app its self is decent, but could have some of its issues corrected. I find it very frustrating having to start at the top after I exit out after viewing an item?

This app does the job but fails to deliver an MEC membership card for the Apple Wallet. Please add one so we dont have to carry around one more piece of plastic!

Its been over a year, guys

When scrolling down through whats new or clearance after viewing a product the app loses your spot that youve scrolled down to and places you at the very top every time.

When looking at a listing of products and then go into a particular item to look at details, when I hit "back", many times it takes me to the very first page all over again. It is frustrating scrolling through all the items to get back to where I was previously. Also I noticed not all items in the store is shown on the app which is disappointing. However, love the availability in store feature. Saves me a lot of time.

I just became a member and got the app hoping that it will give me a digital version of the cardboard membership card, but alas, no luck. I manually scanned it into UGO wallet but I would like a true digital version of my membership card. Thanks

Does the job, would appreciate wallet support so I didnt have to keep my membership card in my wallet.

Great app and only problem is when I finish looking at an item on page 5 then it jumps back to the top and I have to scroll down every time and find my old spot. Kinda annoying....

Two products in and i cant leave a page about a nutcase bike bell. No return possible and no way out. Apt. The website hasnt loaded on my phone for months though I keep up with my updates. Whats up with your IT team MEC?!

App is functional but limited by conspicuous absence of MEC member card integration - is a perfect use case for Apple wallet/passbook.

After first 5m of use, a few observations: new member signup, and adding gift card was smooth. However theres no option to add gift card to passbook, looks like the same is true for the member card, so if I want to purchase in store I need to remember to bring the plastic with me.... Seems like ~75% of the other reviewers are unhappy with this too. Also tried a quick product search, which returned 400+ items. When I tried to sort by price (or name or anything) the list went down to only 8 items (those marked as new items). Incredibly unhelpful in these 2 respects. App still needs a lot of work to be more convenient than accessing the site in a browser.
