Why would you get rid of all the categories and make searching more difficult? This was a far more user-friendly app before this update!

The updated App Crashed until I deleted the App from my iPhone, then re-installed it. Now it works perfectly.

As others have stated, deleting and reinstalling allows you to actually access the app instead of receiving the somethings wrong message. But its terrible. Only 3 categories, one simply saying gear and grouping almost 9k items together. Huh? Who approved this?

Only 3 categories and no subcategories?? Doesnt make any sense, the old app was better for finding stuff... Sure you can refine your search but only once and not all of the brands etc.. are showing up in the refine lists ... App is glitchy and crashes, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app once to help fix this. App was so much better before this upgrade. It appears there are multiple issues with this upgrade.

Logged in. So far so good. Then tried looking for something and I saw only three categories? This is useless. Do I need to page through 10000 items or try to go through the "refine" option over and over? Please bring back old menus!

Deleted and reinstalled. No more "oops" error, but the ability to filter searches doesnt work properly. Please fix!

Cant refine search makes it frustrating to use

Deleted and reinstalled and the app still doesnt have proper categories. Pretty damned inconvenient for trying to make a purchase.

This app crashes at launch after update

New app depending on your phone is poorly done. The worst thing is the ability to Navigate the app and single out only what you want to look at. For example climbing gear. If i want to just look at ropes or harnesses, you cant do that. You get everything to do with climbing, so ultimately youll have so scroll through 466 items instead of 30 options for carabiners or 45 options for rope. Poorly done i must say. Please bring back the old app or fix the new one to allow these abilities mentioned above.

Remember when you could find what you were looking for by browsing the menu. No longer. Looking for a Mens Jacket? Tap Clothing and be presented with a list of 2000 items. Childrens clothes, gloves, tank tops, and jackets all mixed together. Give back the old app!

The refine filtering is broken. Example you select "ideal for" cycling. Then add category clothing. The first part works and you get cycling stuff, but then the second filter overrides the first and you get all clothing completely unrelated to cycling. These terrible updates make it next to impossible to find what you are looking for.

Use to work but now just says theres something wrong when you try to navigate the app.

What r you thinking. The new app is horrible to navigate. As previously mentioned everything is lumped together. Looking for sleeping bags is in a category with pads and pillows. But not in a sub category. Let alone the nice filters that it used to have to narrow down choices. Like down filled vs synthetic. Tried searching for hiking poles. Ya that didnt work either. I couldnt narrow it down to just hiking poles. What were you thinking. Bring back the old app. I have to shop online now and forgo the app all together. At least I still have access to my wish list online.

Which part of the iOS app is redesigned? Same UI, same issue with not supporting iPhone6 resolutions. A redesign of your website is fine, just dont mark your iOS app as redesigned too. Disappointing.

Wow! MEC managed to make browsing their catalogue impossible on the iPhone with this latest version. I cant find anything even using filters because it looks like some categories such as bicycle clothing have disappeared completely... Bravo!

The logic structure of the new app is twice as much work as the pervious one. Please allow for sorting by sport before item type. E.g. Choose skiing before having to choose skis or binds. These lists arent even alphabetical. The website is just as bad now as well.

This latest version of the MEC app is useless; you can no longer browse products by type of activities and sub-categories like on the website, hence you now have to sort thru hundreds if items to finds what you are looking for and you now need to login to create an account do a wish/shopping list to take with you on your next trip to the store. Looks like they released this version without any concern for it usability or any testing, I am sorry but the MEC app is going bye-bye on all my devices!

This new version is useless, you can no longer search by activity, you are stuck going thru hundred of items to find what you are looking for, the wish/shopping list now requires creation of an account. Looks like no testing or care was taken before releasing this new version. The MEC app will be removed from all my devices.

App keeps crashing, and once it opens, it keeps showing errors. (UI looks horrible) Did you guys pay someone for such "Re-Design?"
